Welcome to the registration page for CAAMP’s Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) Pre-Accreditation Course, Ethics and Responsibilities for Mortgage Professionals.

Note: Individuals who have successfully completed CAAMP’s ‘Ethical Practice in Mortgage Industry’ course are not required to take this course.

If you have completed the ‘Ethical Practice in Mortgage Industry’ course, you must complete Duties and Responsibilities for Mortgage Professionals within 2 years of earning the designation.

Ethics and Responsibilities for Mortgage Professionals is an online course containing a session on Ethics, a discussion on Agency and Fiduciary Duty, and a review of CAAMP’s guidelines on Origination Standards for Fraud Avoidance. Learning is enabled through multimedia presentations with audio and graphics, self-testing progress quizzes, and a brief case study. A discussion board allows participant questions to be asked and answered. Successfully completing a 25 multiple choice question final quiz will enable participants to immediately obtain a temporary certificate of course completion online and be awarded 5 CE credits (mandatory component). Access to the course is 24 X 7.

Playing the presentations will require the most recent version of the RealPlayer to be installed on your computer. You can download the free RealPlayer (basic player) from http://www.real.com/. You will also need to have the free Adobe Acrobat reader from http://www.adobe.com in order to access course documents.
