Duties and Responsibilities for Mortgage Professionals is an online course containing a refresher on Ethics, a discussion on Agency and Fiduciary Duty, and a review of the Origination Standards for Fraud Avoidance. Learning is enabled through multimedia presentations with audio and graphics, self-testing progress quizzes, and a brief case study. A discussion board allows participant questions to be asked and answered. Successfully completing a 25 multiple choice question final quiz will enable participants to immediately obtain a temporary certificate of course completion online and be awarded 4 CE credits (mandatory component). Access to the course is 24 X 7.

Note: AMPs who have earned the designation by completing the old CAAMP Ethical Practice in the Mortgage Industry course (any person who completed the Ethics course before April 2007) must take this course.

AMPs who have earned the designation by completing the new AMP Pre-Accreditation course, Ethics and Responsibilities for Mortgage Professionals are not required to take this course (anyone that completed the Ethics course after April of 2007).
